the Dust...

Ok. I am blowing the dust off this blog.

In two days (4/1/11) I am starting over with a lot of things; diet, exercise, and happiness.

I know you are not supposed to make all sorts of drastic changes all at once, because it leads to burnout, but most of the changes I am making are relatively small things. More importantly, they are all intuitively healthy things; no sugars/grains/legumes, more sleep, less sitting, less anger.

Tomorrow is a transition day, a practice day. I am going to see what is doable and what is not.
