Day 3 (30 Day Challenge)

Coffee w/ half & half, tbs coconut oil, 2 tbs sugar

Banana

8 oz. tuna salad (leftovers)

8 oz. salmon (leftovers)

4 oz. roasted almonds

Roasted Pumpkin w/ ground beef, onions, garlic, mushrooms, half & half

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

30 minute workout on the Wii (300 calories)
